Patients literally drift away. The families that surround them and the attitudes they have are just astounding. With that example, you have no reason to ever have a bad day. If there is anything that has had a more profound affect upon me from the outside, it was that experience.”

He was that kind of gentleman.”

“I really liked his crustiness, that’s the best way I can put it. Once you earned his respect, you could bite back. He was a pleasure to work with—someone you could trust.”
WHY DO YOU THINK HE CHOSE YOU AS HIS REALTOR?
“Frankly, what he admired most about me is that I would argue with him.” There were a lot of disagreements we would have, but we would resolve our differences and eventually come to a resolution. Maybe that meant Joe would offer something different than I recommended on a property, but we would eventually get to close the deal.”
