Auction Services

Auction AdBrode & Brooks Inc., in conjunction with Stanley Rothenberger, offers complete auction services as an alternative to the traditional real estate marketing services. Auctions are either “Absolute” or “Subject to Confirmation”.

An “Absolute Auction” is one where the highest bid price is a guaranteed sale. A “Subject to Confirmation Auction” is one where the highest price is presented to the Seller and the Seller needs to confirm acceptance of that price. In both types of auctions – Stanley Rothenberger (Auction License # AU003455L) has more than 17 years of experience.
