There is no doubt that I have a true passion for the real estate business…… I have been licensed in Pennsylvania for 28 years and have been a Broker for the last 22 years. My business philosophy is simple ….. “Listen to my clients and find them the property they want or sell the property they no longer need”. Since joining Brode & Brooks Inc. in 1998, I have won top awards for performance on an annual basis. In 2007, I led the company in production by CLOSING more than 9,800,000 in sales. I have an extensive background including residential, commercial – industrial and vacant land. I understand the current market and believe that my expertise is best demonstrated in difficult real estate cycles. My client’s interest comes first and that is best confirmed by my repeat client business and the referrals that I receive from past clients. I am a member of the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and the National Association of Realtors. Being active in my community is an important part of my life, where I am a member of the Chamber of Commerce, United Way and the YMCA’s Board of Directors. I live and work in the Upper Perkiomen Valley with my wife and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities when away from the office.
