I began my real estate career in 1972 by joining my father’s firm in Lansdale. From 1972 to 1985, I dealt in residential with particular emphasis on land sales and new construction. When I merged my firm with Jeff Brode, I shifted my primary interest to the Commercial/Industrial side of the business.

I have a B.A. from the University of Virginia, attended the Wharton Graduate Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and served 4 years in the U.S. Navy.

My career has allowed me to enjoy a variety of transactions – some of the more interesting are noted below:

  • Office Lease of over 200,000 SF in Blue Bell, Pa for Merck & Co, Inc. and Hansen Properties.
  • Sale of over 800 acres in Blue Bell, Pa. This included 700 acres of Normandy Farms and other adjacent parcels – sold to a variety of clients.
  • Sale of a 60,000 SF building on 9 acres zoned shopping center to Waterloo Gardens in Warminster, Pa.
  • Sale of two investment properties outside of Richmond, Virginia totaling 165,000 SF.
  • Sale of over 200 acres in Towamencin Township to the DiLucia Companies resulting in the development of Grist Mill Run and Jacobs Woods.

My goal has always been to resolve my client’s real estate needs – whether that involves finding them a rental space of 3,000 SF or a more major requirement like those referenced above.

I reside in Bucks County with my wife, Helen. We have four grown children and therefore spend our spare time with family and enjoying outdoor activities. The real estate business has provided us with a wonderful life and has produced many life long business relationships, which I consider friends.
